2 | Getting to know each other
Let’s meet — virtually, of course! Whether it’s over coffee or cava, this is your chance to chat about your plans, learn about my approach and see if we’re the perfect fit. I’ll also get to know more about your story, your vision, and what truly matters to you.
If we both feel a yes, I’ll send over a detailed contract with everything we discussed. Once you’re ready to go ahead, a signed contract and 50% retainer will officially lock your in your date.
3 | The booking
It’s official! I’m all yours, both on your special day(s) and throughout the planning. Let’s bring your vision to life! From logistics to vendor recommendations, and from hidden spots to nice things to do.
4 | Your big day(s)
The moment has arrived! My job is to blend in, capturing every moment naturally and authentically. Whether it’s heartfelt vows or the quiet moments in between, I’ll be there documenting it all.
My approach is discreet and laid-back; you won’t even notice I’m filming most of the time. No staged poses, no retakes — just the real magic of your elopement. I’m here to ensure you feel 100% comfortable and can fully immerse yourself in the experience.
5 | Relive the magic
Within 10 days after your elopement, I’ll send you a sneak peek — a little teaser to keep the excitement going. The full elopement film will be ready within 8 weeks. Grab some popcorn (or champagne) and enjoy it all over again, whenever you want.

My elopement plans differ from your packages. Can you still film it?
Absolutely! I love working with couples who break away from the standard. If your elopement idea is a little (or a lot) different, feel free to send me a message! Depending on what my schedule allows, we’ll figure out what’s possible and how to bring your vision to life.
Will you help us figure everything out?
I love co-creating your elopement with you. I’m here to help you, whether that’s by just showing up to your location, or want guidance from start to finish, I’m here for you.
Are travel and accommodation included in the starting prices?
No, travel and accommodation are not included in the package price. I calculate travel costs depending on where your wedding or elopement takes place. I always aim to keep things fair and transparent — and I’ll discuss everything with you in advance.
(And if you’re planning a helicopter ride or a private island stay… just save me a seat and a bed.)
Do you have a drone?
Yes, and I love flying it! Of course, I only use it when the location and weather conditions allow. As always, safety comes first!
What if you’re sick on the big day?
I’ve never had to miss a wedding due to illness (knock on wood!), but if it ever happens, I have a strong network of videographers who can step in for me. If possible, I will still edit your film to ensure you receive the same style and quality.
What if it rains?
When planning an elopement, it’s easy to worry about “what if it rains?!” First things first: yes, even in the Caribbean, rain happens. But rain keeps flowers fresh, creates rainbows, and is even considered a sign of good luck in many cultures! If it rains and everything can continue safely, we’ll embrace the adventure and make the most of it. However, safety always comes first, and if conditions become dangerous, we’ll adjust. If my travels have taught me anything, it’s that there’s always a solution!
Can we have the raw files?
No, I don’t provide raw footage. These files are huge, require special software to view, and are an unfinished product. My focus is on delivering a carefully crafted, high-quality film.
Do you also take photos?
No, I focus purely on videography. However, I collaborate with talented photographers who deliver amazing work. I’d be happy to recommend someone to you!
Do you travel for elopements?
YES! PLEASE! Traveling is one of my biggest passions, and I love discovering new places. Let me know where your dream elopement is, and I’ll be there!
Can our family and friends be part of the elopement?
Of course! I capture elopements with up to 8 guests. If you’re planning a larger celebration, my intimate wedding package might be a better fit.
Can we add extra hours on the day itself?
If you book a full-day package or longer, you won’t have to worry about extra hours — I’m there to capture your full story. Whether it takes an hour more or not, I’ll be there for the moments that matter.
